However, I mean this series should never have been a thing. The entire objective is for RuneScape gold to be totally ridiculous. I don’t think I would advocate doing this either, but it is definitely in line with the whole idea behind swampletics to start with. It’s something that you have to be a very specific type of person in order for it to function. Most folks would just drive themselves mad, but swampman is just that type of person who can do it. It was much more entertaining content than almost all of the Barrows videos. There were ups and downs and even when the casket was ultimately moot the video did a excellent job at getting me spent anyways. Besides Settled explained in the movie well enough that a) he was getting other things done on the account at precisely the same period and b) it was about achieving it and the journey than the reward. And imo it adds another piece of prestige into the accounts having accomplished it.
If that was anyone else, then they’d get shit on for doing something although I would get downvoted for saying this. There has been many articles where somebody did something totally psychological and the comments tell him to get help. I felt uneasy as well seeing someone grind long hours with very little breaks just for something that provides 0 benefit (besides battle xp). Tbf nobody else edits in addition to swamp man. It’s like that man who’s performing one 200m in a time. . . People shit on him from the comments every time. . .
Well done. Watched every movie, amazing series. This man pees in water bottles, no doubt. The grind is striking but what impresses me even more is how great this man is at making these videos. About doing ONLY that he did that for five weeks and made one of the most boring grinds I really could possibily picture, and still managed to make a fun video.
I feel as it would have been a much better idea to just do the 33 hour marathon session after for a 100% completion lol. If he wanted to keep his sanity I think he should have spent the first hour every day looking for the next suggestion. If not await the following moment. That way he’s 15-16 hours to get the 3rd/4th.
Would sort of suck not determining whether to push hard for the third and understanding if you’re gon t be stuck in the front of the computer for 16 hours but nevertheless better than getting the 12 or even 13 hours in. Amazing accomplishment. I really dont get why he stated he would attempt with two measures. He never ended up doing this but that would waste a measure for two% completion chance rather than simply heading to bed with a morytania step in his stock, meaning he would have a big head start on the subsequent day. At one stage in the video he did take his next measure to bed.
